Bianca Rajpersaud is an Associate Director in the New York City office of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, where she focuses on city and state government affairsWith over 8 years of experience, she works alongside members of DHC’s Government Relations team to directly support clients regarding budget, policy, regulatory, and legislative matters in New York State and City. Issue areas that she continues to be successful in advocating on behalf of clients are aviation, education, infrastructure/construction, and M/WBE matters.

She got her start in government during her college years working for the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, assisting with research and various projects for the Epidemiology Division. Before joining DHC, Bianca served as the Director of Communications for a senior-level NYS Assemblymember and was a  former Legislative Intern in the New York State Assembly.

Ms. Rajpersaud resides in Staten Island and holds a master’s in Public Administration from Kent State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University at Albany-SUNY. Outside of her work with DHC, Ms. Rajpersaud serves as the President of the North Shore Democratic Club, Inc. and district leader for the NYS 63rd Assembly District on Staten Island.

Ms. Rajpersaud is a recipient of the 40 under 40 NYS Rising Star award through The Hispanic Coalition of NY. She was recently included in City & State of NY’s Above & Beyond list as well as their 10 in their 20s list of Rising Stars in New York and Power 100 Staten Island list, Who’s Who in Government, and received several recognitions highlighting her work in the government relations field.
