July 24, 2023 – Bianca Rajpersaud, Associate Director of Government Relations was named to City & State Magazine’s “Who’s Who in Government Relations” for 2023.

Prior to joining DHC as a registered lobbyist and government affairs professional, Bianca served as the Communications and Events Manager for the Association for a Better New York (ABNY), Director of Communications for the Office of New York State Assemblyman Michael J. Cusick (D—Staten Island) and also a former Legislative Intern for NYS Assemblymember Daniel J. O’Donnell.

Outside of her work with the firm, she also serves as the President of the North Shore Democratic Club, Inc. and district leader for the NYS 63rd Assembly District on Staten Island.
