Albany Lobbying Team Attends NYS Senate Opening Day Reception

January 4, 2024 – The New York State Senate is the upper house of the New York State Legislature and with sixty-three members representing New York State and its more than 19 million citizens, the legislature’s primary purpose is to draft and approve changes to the laws of New York.

This week ushered in the opening of the 2024 legislative session with a reception in the state capital and DHC State Government Relations practice team was on-hand to participate and confirm its commitment to the legislative process.
