October 19, 2026 (Manhattan, NY) – Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Nicholas Terzulli has been named to City & State’s 2026 Long Island Trailblazers list.

Mr. Terzulli has built a distinguished practice spanning economic development, government relations, and cannabis law. A recognized authority on cannabis licensing, he secured one of New York State’s first conditional adult-use retail dispensary licenses for a client with a prior cannabis conviction. He also guided The Hamptons Collective’s dispensary to its 2026 opening in Southampton.

His record of accomplishment includes obtaining a 30-year tax exemption for a transit-oriented housing project and contributing to Nassau County’s Superstorm Sandy recovery efforts, which assisted 2,500 businesses. Mr. Terzulli also serves as Board Treasurer of the Nassau Community College Foundation.
