March 27, 2026 – DHC was well represented at the Coalition for Ticket Fairness‘ Annual Legislative Conference this year including Larry Hutcher, Leslie Barbara, Jonathan McCollum, Bianca Rajpersaud, and Jake Roach.

Jonathan McCollumn, Chair of DHC’s Federal Government Relations Group, moderated a panel that brought together seven government relations professionals from across the country to discuss the political landscape around live event ticketing. Panelists included Bianca Rajpersaud, Managing Director for Government Relations at DHC and Jake Roach, Associate Director for Federal Government Relations at DHC.

Bianca gave an update on the status of New York State’s ticketing law and discussed strategy for an upcoming lobby day. Jake recounted the work done at the federal level to advocate for the TICKET Act, which would bring much needed reforms to the ticket buying process, and talked about the importance of sustained communication with elected officials.

DHC also worked to arrange a keynote address from Congressman Pat Ryan (D-NY) who spoke about the importance of empowering fans and the dangers posed by monopolies in a market like live event tickets.
