Bianca Rajpersaud is an Associate Director of Government Relations in the New York City office of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, where she focuses on city and state government affairs. In this role, she works alongside members of DHC’s government affairs team to provide direct support to clients regarding budget, policy, regulatory, and legislative matters. Prior to joining DHC, Bianca served as the Communications and Events Manager for the Association for a Better New York (ABNY), and she has served as the Director of Communications for the Office of New York State Assemblyman Michael J. Cusick (D—Staten Island). As the former Director of Communications in Assemblyman Cusick’s office, she worked directly with key community stakeholders to address pressing issues within the member’s district, as well as serve as a direct contact between the Assemblyman’s office, the press, and government agencies. Ms. Rajpersaud was, also, a former Legislative Intern for NYS Assemblymember Daniel J. O’Donnell. Ms. Rajpersaud resides in Staten Island and holds a master’s in Public Administration from Kent State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University at Albany-SUNY. Outside of her work with DHC, Ms. Rajpersaud serves as the President of the North Shore Democratic Club, Inc. and district leader for the NYS 63rd Assembly District on Staten Island.

In 2017, Ms. Rajpersaud was a recipient of the 40 under 40 NYS Rising Star award through The Hispanic Coalition of NY and was recognized by City & State (NY) magazine’s “Above & Beyond” list (2021) as well as their 40 Under 40: 10 in their 20s (2021) and their Staten Island Power 100 list (2022).
