June 26, 2023 –  Attorney, Bill Mack, Partner in the Commercial Litigation practice lent his expertise to Insider to discuss the fate of OceanGate in light of the recent tragedy of its Titan submersible. Mack asserted that the families of the Titan passengers would likely seek out an expert to independently investigate the implosion and determine if there was negligence not covered by the liability waiver passengers signed.

Mack also believes that OceanGate will not be in operation for much longer, as the fallout from the Titan implosion could bankrupt the company and it would struggle to entice new passengers or investors.
