ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – ALBANY OFFICE

Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP (DHC), a leading Government Affairs firm, is looking to hire an administrative assistant to be a part of their fast paced and growing Albany office. A detailed job description is provided below:

ATTORNEY/LOBBYIST ASSIGNMENT:

  • Assistance to Assigned Attorney/Lobbyist
  • Sending/Receiving emails on Attorney/Lobbyist behalf
  • Managing Attorney Hourly Time Entries
  • Typing/Faxing/Mailing memos as requested
  • Handling Check Requests
  • Processing/Preparing/Mailing
  • Booking Hotels/Making Dinner Reservations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scheduling Meetings
  • Client Lobby Days
  • Attorney/Lobbyist Meetings with Government Officials
  • General Office Management
  • Manage Daily Office Calendar
  • Order Office Supplies
  • Pick up or drop off documents and/or periodicals
  • Front Desk Reception
  • Greeting Clients
  • Opening/ Distributing Mail
  • Preparing, Sending and Dropping off Federal Express packages
  • Ordering/Picking Up/Setting Up Lunches
  • Answering Phones/Forwarding Calls/Taking Messages for Attorneys and Lobbyists

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with LRS and/or Statewatch preferred

SALARY RANGE:  $30,000-$40,000 annually w/ full benefits; or commensurate with experience
