April 1, 2024 – DHC welcomes Thomas H. Herndon, Jr. as Partner in the Commercial Litigation, Trusts & Estates, Corporate & Securities Law practice areas,  Becky Stern as Senior Counsel, and Lauren J. Sakofsky, Associate in the Divorce & Family Law practice.

About Thomas H. Herndon, Jr.

Upon arriving, Thomas will set up and Chair the new Sports & Entertainment Law practice. And with more than a decade of experience in the law, he uses his vast knowledge across multiple practice areas to achieve favorable results for his clients.  Mr. Herndon, routinely handles matters relating to corporate disputes, cyber litigation, transportation litigation, construction litigation, as well as corporate liability on behalf of his clients. He is also experienced in advising clients in matters relating to commercial real estate, labor & employment, corporate & regulatory compliance as well as corporate transactions & business.

Combining empathy with shrewd analysis, Becky works with each client to guide them through uncertainty and the chaos, providing a calm and clear-sighted presence.

About Lauren J. Sakofsky

Lauren focuses her practice on all areas of family and matrimonial law, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and post-judgment matters, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
