September 10, 2026 — It was a beautiful day on September 10th as we joined Cord Meyer Development to celebrate the official groundbreaking of the Bay Terrace expansion — a project that will bring 145 much-needed housing units to the community.

DHC’s land use team — Eli Gerwitz, Howard Weiss, and Sean Crowley — worked closely with Joe Forgione and Danielle Molaison to help guide this vision from concept to reality.

Congratulations to Matt Whelan and the entire Cord Meyer team on reaching this important milestone. We’re proud to have been part of the journey and look forward to seeing this project take shape.
