August 25, 2023 – DHC is growing, adding the talents of three seasoned attorneys to three key practice areas.

• Bankruptcy Law welcomes John D. Molino as an Associate, representing corporate debtors in all stages of complex restructuring transactions, including prepackaged, prearranged, and traditional Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court workouts, and distressed acquisitions, with a concentration on debtor side/management representation.
• Commercial Litigation welcomes Sarah Capungan as an Associate, who concentrates her practice on advising and representing clients in both commercial litigation and labor and employment law matters in New York and Connecticut.
• Corporate & Securities Law welcomes Andrew Kransdorf as a Partner, concentrates his practice on general corporate law with an emphasis on sophisticated transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate finance, intellectual property, and licensing. His transactional experience includes both domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad range of industries and sectors.
