Sarah Capungan is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation law and the Co-op & Condominium law practices of the New York City office of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP. Sarah concentrates her practice on advising and representing clients in both commercial litigation and labor and employment law matters in New York and Connecticut. She assists clients in all aspects of litigation, as well as advising clients on issues such as hiring, discipline, termination, and employee leave of absence issues, among other things.

She recently represented a plaintiff aerospace structures manufacturing company in a breach of contract and trade secrets lawsuit, managing all aspects of the discovery process and successfully defending against a motion for judgment on the pleadings.

Prior to joining DHC, she spent two years as an associate in the commercial litigation and labor and employment practice groups in the Connecticut office of Barclay Damon (a midsize, regional law firm) from 2021 until 2023. Upon graduating from law school, she spent a year working as a judicial law clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court in New Haven, Connecticut, and during law school gained valuable experience through multiple legal internships, including the International Legal Foundation, a human rights organization.

When not practicing law, Sarah enjoys traveling, fitness, reading about foreign policy, and spending time with her dog.
