March 6, 2023 – Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP once again was a sponsor of the 31st Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. Participating in the event are Bob Rattet and Jonathan Pasternak, Partners in the Bankruptcy Law practice in our Westchester, NY office.

The “Duberstein” competition and Awards Gala is a celebration and culminating event of the annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and St. John’s University School of Law.

Nearly 600 leading bankruptcy practitioners and judges from the New York metro region and beyond attend this annual event, taking place at the New York Marriott Downtown in New York City.
