CLIENT ALERT: NYS Offers 150M Incentives Tax Credits & Grants
On May 15, 2023 – New York State Governor, Kathy Hochul announced the 13th Round of the Regional Economic Development Council (“REDC”) Initiative.
This round includes up to $150 Million worth of capital grants, tax credits, and other financial assistance programs available to projects on a continuous basis.
The Governor is encouraging the Councils to support projects that advance New York State priorities, including, but not limited to sustainable development, childcare, and public-private partnerships.
