December 13, 2024 – Managing Partner, Jeffrey Citron, chair of the Real Estate Law practice, along with Senior Counsel, Nicholas T. Terzulli, co-chair of the Economic Development & Tax Incentives Law practice with Jeff, were recognized by City & State in their Trailblazers of Economic Development list for 2024.

City & State’s inaugural Trailblazers in Economic Development highlights 100 New Yorkers driving job creation and economic growth at the local, state, and national levels. This new list takes the place of the Economic Development Power 100, which is set to return in 2025.

DHC’s Economic Development and Tax Incentives practice group assists clients in navigating tax incentive programs and economic development benefits offered by New York City and New York State organizations. These include the NYC Economic Development Corporation, NYS Empire State Development Corporation, and Industrial Development and Local Development Agencies across the state.
