Citron & Terzulli in Law360 & LIBN on Practice Launch
June 4, 2023 – DHC Managing Partner Jeffrey Citron and Senior Counsel Nicholas T. Terzulli were interviewed by Long Island Business News (LIBN) and Law 360 to discuss their roles as co-chairs of DHC’s new Economic Development and Tax Incentives Practice Group.
The formation of this practice group represents an expansion of the work DHC has been successfully handling on behalf of both commercial and non-profit clients for decades. According to Citron and Terzulli, DHC’s expertise in dealing with government and regulatory agencies, as well as the firm’s keen understanding of real estate and corporate law, uniquely positions the new Economic Development and Tax Incentives practice group as an invaluable asset to their clients.
Citron has worked with both public and private organizations for over 35 years, helping them achieve financing, grants, and various advantages for capital projects. He has also served as counsel for the Trustees of various Industrial Development Agencies and is a recognized authority in the negotiation of Industrial Revenue Bond financing.
Terzulli has more than a decade of experience in both the private and public sector, including eight years as a municipal economic development executive in Nassau County, during which time he negotiated numerous multi-million-dollar tax incentive packages that served as catalysts for hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate development and generated a significant economic impact across New York State.
