September 15, 2025 – Bianca Rajpersaud serves as Associate Director for the Government Relations Group at DHC, where she helps clients navigate government at both the City and State levels. She honed her skills by advising clients on how to achieve their goals through communication and strategic advocacy.

In a statement, Rajpersaud, who’s mother was born in the Dominican Republic, says, “I am grateful and truly humbled to receive this recognition from City and State. Through my work at DHC, I help find solutions in government for individuals, businesses and non-profits. I am proud of the work I do here, and equally gratified to call DHC my home.”

In addition to her work in Government Affairs at DHC, Rajpersaud serves as an elected District Leader on Staten Island where she was born and raised. She also serves as President of the North Shore Democratic Club on Staten Island.
