April 27, 2023 – Senior Counsel, Myron J. Rabij in the Corporate & Securities Law practice moderated a panel discussion at the Ukrainian Institute of America’s Ukraine-US Business Networking Series Forum XI: “Let the Reconstruction Process in Ukraine Begin” in Manhattan yesterday.

Moderating a panel discussion “Assessing the Who, What, How, Where, When Questions in the Energy Sector” the group discussed the reconstruction of the Ukrainian Energy Sector, with Myron showcasing his unique insights on Ukrainian energy law issues as a longstanding and leading US expert on this global issue.

Seasoned in upstream oil & gas, LNG and solar RES, Myron spent 22 years in Kyiv, Ukraine as a corporate lawyer in the energy sector representing U.S., Canadian, European and other multinational clients. Myron is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian and has extensive and varied cross-border transactional experience in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly Ukraine.
