August 20, 2024 – Craig M. Price joined the firm as a Senior Counsel Attorney in the Bankruptcy Law, Corporate & Securities Law and Real Estate Law group in the firm’s New York City office and was featured in a recent article on Law 360 “Milbank Atty Shifts Practice, Moves to Davidoff Hutcher.”

In his practice, Craig will be advising and counseling funds investing in real estate with regards to first and subordinated mortgage loans, bridge loans, mezzanine financing, junior participation, and preferred equity investments involving multifamily, retail and industrial properties.

Craig was most recently a bankruptcy attorney at Milbank, LLP, and several leading New York-based law firms where he represented both debtors and creditors, negotiating substantial secured and unsecured financings on behalf of chapter 11 debtors and distressed investors.

Possessing a wide-ranging understanding of different types of financings in all types of industries, methods to protect investors and lenders’ value from possible future financial difficulties and Craig has litigated complex issues regarding the meanings of specific contract terms to achieve favorable results for his clients.
