Attorney Prabhakar On Aretha Franklin’s Handwritten Will

July 17, 2023 – Trusts & Estates Law practice attorney, Ashwani Prabhakar, spoke to WealthManagement about the recent legal battle involving Aretha Franklin’s estate as a jury was tasked with deciding whether a handwritten document found between the cushions of the singer’s couch should be considered a valid last will and testament.
