Pasternak Appears in Financial Advisor Magazine
September 23, 2024 – Bankruptcy Law practice Partner, Jonathan Pasternak appeared in Financial Advisor magazine for their article “Madison Avenue Condos Near Empire State Building Hit Chapter 11”.
Jonathan, who is representing Madison 33 Owner LLC explained that his client has launched an extensive marketing campaign to sell or refinance the remaining units as part of a reorganization plan in the bankruptcy.
Several Madison Avenue condominiums in a luxury high-rise near the Empire State Building have entered bankruptcy and will be sold under Chapter 11 proceedings.
According to developer Madison 33 Owner LLC, which filed for Chapter 11 on Monday, the properties include five penthouses, five other residential units, and two commercial spaces.
Some units at 172 Madison Avenue are still incomplete.
