August 26, 2022 – Partner, Steve Malito, Chair of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron’s Cannabis Law group was featured in Cheddar News for their story “Big Day for N.Y. Cannabis as First Retail Applications Go Live: Here’s How to Apply“.

Steve shared that individuals and businesses applying for licenses with the state will need to provide a solid business plan in order to secure an NYS license from the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM).

Steve also heads up DHC’s State Government Relations team in Albany and has been working closely with members of the NYS Legislature since Cannabis was legalized here in NYS.
