December 8, 2022 – Sid Davidoff, firm Founder and Chair of the Government Relations practice was interviewed in the New York Post for their feature article “What J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI Really Thought About NYC Mayor John Lindsay“.

Sid began his career working on John Lindsay’s first mayoral campaign, where he was charged with finding creative ways of taking the candidate’s message directly to the voters in the five boroughs. With incredible success attributed to Sid’s strategy, he landed a plum appointment in the new mayor’s administration as well as the lifelong friendship and trust of John Lindsay.

The NY Post article revealed that although J. Edgar Hoover and John Lindsay started out on friendly terms early in their careers, years later when Lindsay’s position on the Vietnam War changed, the allies became adversaries.
