DHC’s Founding Partner Sid Davidoff spoke with CNN, the New York Business Journal, and Metro US about Amazon withdrawing its planned HQ2 from Queens. Drawing on more than five decades of experience in government relations and regulatory affairs, Davidoff explained that the proposal could have succeeded if stakeholders had simply entered into good faith negotiations. The project, he said, would have created enormous opportunities for working class families in the city, particularly students attending community college nearby.

The dispute concerns at least $20 million in assets and control over the famed Manhattan restaurant La Grenouille. The story was recently reported by the New York Post.
