September 10, 2025 (Briarwood, Queens) – Several elected officials and representatives braved the rain to join SCO Family of Services for their Queens Stakeholder Forum, titled “Community, Commitment, Change.” Attendees included NYS Senator Leroy Comrie, Assembly Members Nily Rozic and David Weprin; Democratic Nominee for NYC Council District 21, Shanel Thomas Henry; and Queens Representative for Governor Hochul, Aaron Ambrose. The event featured engaging discussions about SCO’s programs and services in the borough, as well as their strategic plan.
