Davidoff Shares Presidential Campaign Expertise with NY Times
October 23, 2019 – Founding Partner Sid Davidoff, and Chair of the Government Relations practice, who started his career in public service as a top aide to former New York City Mayor John V. Lindsay, spoke with the New York Times about former Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s decision to enter the 2020 Democratic presidential primary.
Davidoff, who did advance work for Lindsay’s 1972 presidential bid, said Bloomberg’s odds seem higher than previous New York City mayors with presidential ambitions because Bloomberg has been at “the forefront of issues of national interest and he’s in a much better position to really push that platform.”
