September 9, 2025 (New York, NY) – Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP is pleased to announce that Andre Brittis-Tannenbaum is joining the firm as a new associate.

Brittis-Tannenbaum handles complex divorce and custody disputes through all stages of litigation from settlement negotiations to trial and appeals when necessary. Hailing from a family of physicians, Brittis-Tannenbaum believes strongly in the benefits of having a good “bedside manner.” He forms strong bonds with clients who are navigating complex family matters which can often be sensitive and very personal.

In a statement, Brittis-Tannenbaum says, “I am very excited to join the highly regarded Divorce and Family Law Practice at DHC. I look forward to working with my new colleagues and offering the skills I bring to the table to help enhance the practice overall.”

Prior to joining DHC, Brittis-Tannenbaum worked at a boutique matrimonial firm. He attended St. John’s University School of Law, graduating in 2020. He did his undergraduate work at Bates College in Maine.

Brittis-Tannenbaum will represent clients on matters including property division, custody, child support and more. He also handles prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
