DHC’s Co-Managing Partner Larry Hutcher and Commercial Litigation Partner William Mack are representing L Brands, Inc. — the parent company to Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works — in two litigation matters filed in the New York State Supreme Court. DHC has filed complaints seeking to rescind certain of the company’s commercial leases based on the COVID-related total shutdown of business operations. The cases have been widely reported in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Law360.
