DHC Names Nicholas T. Terzulli as Partner
December 23, 2025 – Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Nicholas T. Terzulli has been named as the newest Partner at the firm. Terzulli currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Economic Development and Tax Incentive Law Practices at DHC.
Terzulli also contributes to the firm’s Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and Government Relations practice.
In a statement, Terzulli says, “I am thrilled to step into this new role at DHC. Since arriving here in 2021, I have had a great opportunity to expand my practice areas and grow new business for the firm. I am also pleased to have earned the confidence and trust of the named partners.”
In his current role, Terzulli advises real estate developers, as well as large and small private businesses on all aspects of corporate and real estate law. That includes navigating local and state tax exemption programs. He is also quickly becoming the go-to authority on New York’s adult-use cannabis market where he has assisted hundreds of clients in applying for cannabis licenses while helping them structure numerous corporate cannabis transactions.
“Nick’s work here at DHC is highly valued, and he does an excellent job with clients,” says DHC’s Managing Partner Jeff Citron. “DHC is lucky to have Nick, who is a well-rounded and superb attorney touching many practice areas.”
Prior to arriving at DHC, Terzulli served as General Counsel to a real estate and private equity fund that owned and operated assisted living facilities in Georgia and Virginia. There he advised on complex state and federal health care policies and how they impacted the business. He also taught a course on economic development at Hofstra University.
