September 18, 2020 – Derek Wolman, Chair of DHC’s Restaurant and Hospitality practice group, shared his perspective with Vogue magazine on the return of indoor dining in New York City, after dining rooms in city restaurants were closed for more than six months during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wolman, who represents more than 100 hospitality establishments across the region, pointed out that restaurants will depend on state and city agencies providing comprehensive guidance for protecting the safety of staff and customers, as well as tracking potential outbreaks.
