CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Verdi Cannabis Opens Store in Chelsea

Cannabis Law Practice Attorneys, Nick Terzulli and Steve Malito help Verdi Cannabis launch.

January 26, 2024 – Cannabis Law practice attorneys, Nicholas Terzulli (Senior Counsel) and Steve Malito (Partner and Chair) announced today that client, Verdi Cannabis celebrated the grand opening of their new mid-town retail location.

Located at 23rd and Seventh Avenue in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, the Verdi Cannabis grand opening featured a curbside truck offering THC-infused hot chocolate outside their retail storefront.

In direct contrast to the Mayor’s crackdown on illegal cannabis stores, Verdi Cannabis did everything the right way and enjoyed a great turnout for the event including NYS Assemblyman, Tony Simone who was on hand to congratulate the owners on the success of their new endeavor.
