CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: The Doe Fund Ribbon Cutting at New Site

November 21, 2024 (Wakefield, Bronx) – Several officials joined The Doe Fund at a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of The Plains – Doe’s newest affordable/ supportive residence.

The building is LEED Gold certified and has 98 affordable housing units.

Half are allocated for low-income individuals and families; the other half are allocated specifically for individuals with histories of chronic homelessness alongside serious health conditions.
