Client Spotlight: SCO Family of Services Welcomes NYC Council Member Banks

April 2, 2024 (Brownsville, Brooklyn) – Partner, Arthur Goldstein, Chair of the NYC Government Relations practice and Melissa Chapman-Samad, Associate Director of Government Relations were with our client, SCO Family of Services welcomed New York City Council Member Chris Banks for a tour of their FirstStepNYC Early Childhood Education Center.

Now approaching its 11th year of operation, this state-of-the-art location provides high-quality early education services and parenting support to pregnant women and families with children ages six weeks to five years old.
