September 9, 2022 – DHC client, Helen Keller Services (HKS) hosted NYS Senator Roxanne J. Persaud on September 9th at HKS’s Brooklyn facility.
During the visit Senator Persaud toured their Children’s Learning Center and learned more about the programming offered to seniors in the senator’s district.
At the end of the tour, Senator Persaud presented the Helen Keller Services team with a check for $25,000.00 in state funding to help expand their rehabilitation services.
