November 14, 2025 (Flatbush, Brooklyn) – We were thrilled to join our client Brooklyn College as President Michelle Anderson conferred the prestigious Presidential Medal of Honor upon U.S. Congress Member and Black Caucus Chair, Yvette D. Clarke. This medal is one of the college’s most prestigious honors and recognizes Clarke’s longstanding dedication to civic leadership, championing of higher education, advocacy for underserved populations, and the lasting influence she has made on Brooklyn and the country. Joining the celebration were NYC Public Advocate Jumaane Williams; and NYS Assembly Members Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn, whose district includes Brooklyn College; and Alicia Hyndman, who chairs the Higher Education Committee.
