Robert Price is an attorney for Davidoff Hutcher & Citron’s Commercial Litigation group in the firm’s New York City office and represents corporations and individuals in all stages of complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Price joined DHC in 2024. Prior to that, he was a litigation associate at Clifford Chance US LLP for four years.
Mr. Price is a native of the San Fernando Valley in California. He attended college at California State University Northridge as well as Swansea University in Wales, where he obtained his Bachelor of English Literature degree in 2016. From there, he attended Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated in 2020. He currently lives in Brooklyn.

- Represented a multinational pharmaceutical company in an ongoing FCPA investigation in several countries.
- Represented a European nation in its suit against U.S. fraudsters.
- Represented International Newspapers in suits alleging privacy violations.
- Worked on a number of employment disputes
- Mr. Price has also done Pro Bono work representing individuals seeking asylum in the U.S.
