Nicole G. Santo is a matrimonial attorney in DHCs Divorce & Family Law practice since April 2022. Admitted to practice law in 2018, she began her legal career as an Associate in a respected, mid-sized law firm, practicing in their Divorce and Family Law verticals. As a graduate of New York Law School’s JD (2018) and LLM in Taxation (2020) programs, Nicole brings a very different approach to family and divorce law, in both litigated and negotiated matters.
With many businesses in our region being family-based businesses, her background in taxation and valuations can be mission-critical when a business entity is at stake and added to the mix. Smart, diligent and detail-oriented, Nicole graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Political Science from Baruch College in 2015. She is also the CFO of the Christian J. Santo Legacy Foundation and was recognized by NY Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in both 2021 and 2022.

Even during contested divorces, Nicole diligently pursues potential settlements that benefit her client while simultaneously preparing for a trial, if necessary. Realizing individual client’s needs and goals vary, she tailors her approach to the specific circumstances of her client’s cases. Drawing upon her experience, Nicole is able to strategically assess each case as to craft the most advantageous and durable settlement for her clients. Able to think outside of the box, she offers her clients creative solutions to their unique and complex situations to achieve the best results.
