Mark Goldenberg is a Senior Counsel in Davidoff Hutcher & Citron’s Corporate and Securities Law practice in the firm’s New York City office. Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of capital markets, venture capital and private equity transactions, and corporate governance.
Mark assists investors and businesses across different industries and jurisdictions in navigating the complex statutory and regulatory framework of U.S. securities laws.
