Dimitra Tzortzatos is a seasoned litigator representing individuals, business owners, and companies in complex Commercial Litigation, Matrimonial, and Family Law matters throughout New York City and Long Island. Prior to rejoining Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP as a partner, Ms. Tzortzatos operated a successful New York City law practice for more than thirteen years, following her earlier tenure with the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, where she handled complex business litigation and intellectual property litigation.
Ms. Tzortzatos concentrates her practice on high-stakes litigation involving commercial disputes, business dissolutions, real estate litigation, contract matters, divorce actions, custody disputes, child support proceedings, and related family law matters.
