Craig M. Price is a Senior Counsel attorney in the Bankruptcy Law, Restructuring and Creditors Rights group in the firm’s New York City office. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, workout, and business real estate matters throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Mr. Price routinely appears before the Bankruptcy Courts representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, with a focus on debtors and their management. Mr. Price also has substantial experience with real estate workouts, section 363 sales, debtor in possession financings, as well as advising creditors acquire assets from Chapter 11 debtors.
Prior to joining the firm, Craig practiced bankruptcy law at several leading New York-based law firms where he represented both debtors and creditors, negotiating substantial secured and unsecured financings on behalf of chapter 11 debtors and distressed investors.
