Andre Brittis-Tannenbaum is an associate attorney in Davidoff Hutcher & Citron’s Divorce & Family Law practice located in New York City. Andre has practiced matrimonial law exclusively since law school. His practice has focused on complex high net-worth divorce and custody disputes, and he has handled all stages of litigation from settlement negotiations through trial and appeals. He has appeared in both New York Supreme Court and Family Court.
Coming from a family of physicians and seeing the benefits of good bedside manner, Andre values the opportunity to build strong bonds with his clients as he guides them through the high-stress of marital and custodial disputes.

Prior to Joining the Firm
Andre began his career at a highly regarded boutique matrimonial firm and has been involved in major financial matrimonial cases in New York involving complex trust and estate structures, allegations of spousal and child abuse, custody disputes, and the valuation and distribution of large estates, including varied business assets, contemporary and modern artworks, and residential and commercial real estate. In law school, Andre served as Managing Director of the Moot Court Honors Society. He also interned with the New York Legal Aid Society, assisting low-income New Yorkers in health-related litigation and obtaining healthcare benefits.
