Malito Shares Updates from NYS OCM on Cannabis Regs
November 18, 2022 – Steve Malito, Partner and Chair of the Cannabis Law practice shared that today, the NYS Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) released a preview of their adult-use cannabis regulations that have yet to be adopted.
We anticipate that OCM will release the full regulations on their site this Sunday, 11/20.
If approved at OCM’s 11/21 Board meeting, a 60-day public comment period will commence.
We expect these regulations to be fully implemented on January 21, 2023.
