January 27, 2020 – DHC Partner Alex who specializes in matters involving the New York State Liquor Authority and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, spoke with Albany Business Review about proposed changes to New York State’s alcohol laws. The proposed law will allow more movie theaters to qualify for a liquor license. Currently, only movie theaters that have full restaurant facilities and tables are eligible for a liquor license.
