Celebrating Sukkot at City Hall
October 8, 2026 (City Hall – New York City) – Last week, the New York City Council marked the holiday of Sukkot by hosting a celebration at City Hall, complete with its own sukkah erected on the City Hall grounds. The gathering brought together elected officials, community leaders, and members of New York’s Jewish community to honor a holiday centered on gratitude, hospitality, and welcoming others under one roof.
Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP Partner Arthur Goldstein was proud to join Councilmember Eric Dinowitz, Chair of the City Council’s Jewish Caucus, along with DHC Associate Eli Gewirtz, for the occasion. We thank Councilmember Dinowitz and the Council for creating a space where the spirit of Sukkot could be shared in the heart of our city’s government.
