Fink Moderates Panel Discussion at Recent Summit

September 17, 2024 – Zack Fink, Director of External Affairs in the Government Relations practice served as a Moderator at City & State Magazine’s “Economic & Workforce Development Summit” on September 12th at the Museum of Jewish History.

The panel program, titled “Growing Business, Economy and New York’s Communities,” discussed how the NYC Small Business Opportunity Fund, Restore New York Communities Initiative, public-private partnerships, and many other corporate, nonprofit, and government programs are helping generate economic workforce opportunity in communities statewide.

The audience learned that New York State offers many resources to enable new and existing businesses to become more competitive through MWBE programs, technologies, multiple currency usage, grants, apprenticeships, internships, etc. What are the tools and opportunities to be taken advantage of now? We discuss initiatives and programs helping revitalize New York’s businesses, workforce, and communities.
