June 8, 2020 – DHC’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditor’s Rights practice Co-Chair Robert Rattet authored an op-ed in the Westchester County Business Journal explaining new bankruptcy provisions in the recently enacted Small Business Reorganization Act (SBRA). Rattet pointed out that the provisions offer small companies a “powerful tool” to help reorganize when conventional Chapter 11 bankruptcy would be impractical, such as waiving the requirement of a creditors committee.
