December 21, 2021 – Ben Noren, Associate Chair of the Employment Law practice, recently spoke about the legal precedents of vaccines used as a reason for employment termination, in light of a recent case involving a Pennsylvania heart surgeon who was let go for not complying with a vaccine requirement.
