October 14, 2022 – Larry Hutcher, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the Commercial Litigation practice went from proud Knicks season ticket holder to persona non grata at Madison Square Garden almost overnight. In an extensive interview with the New York Times, Hutcher spoke about the gross overreach on the part of MSG Entertainment banning him and his firm from events at all of their venues, including Radio City Music Hall and the Beacon Theater.

He discussed his efforts to get the season tickets he’s had since the 1970s reinstated, and the lawsuit against MSG and the Dolans that started the whole matter. Hutcher shared his plight with NBC New York’s Erica Byfield and the issue appeared on the front page of the New York Daily News.
