Mark Spund comments on Drug Testing in the Workplace

June 9, 2019 – DHC’s Chair of the Employment Law practice, Mark E. Spund spoke to The New York Post about employment-related drug testing and how employees have the right to decline to take a drug test, but with the risk of an employer having the right to terminate or not hire the potential candidate. Both sides have choices, he said, but refusing to take the test can have consequences.
