August 4, 2020 – Leslie Barbara, Chair of DHC’s Divorce and Family Law practice group, authored an op-ed in the Westchester County Business Journal explaining the complexities of navigating family law issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic, which resulted in strict lockdowns throughout the United States, has seriously impacted relationships and mental health for millions of Americans. Furthermore, fear of contracting the illness and efforts to protect family members from exposure has imposed new burdens on families in quarantine.
